Upcoming OACAC Life Skills Classes

The Stone County Neighborhood Center will host two life skills classes in January 2019.
First, on Tuesday, January 22, will be a course on stress management. OACAC, along with Monica Mueller, of the Stone County Health Department, will teach health ways to cope with stress. The class will be held from 1 to 3 p.m.
On Wednesday, January 30, Amanda McCormick with University of Missouri Extension, will discuss ways to make life changes stick in the new year. The class will especially focus on food changes, one of the most popular new years resolutions.
