Two from Galena Hurt after RV Rear-Ends Car

       John and Heather Anderson, of Galena, were hurt over the weekend after an RV rear-ended their car in St. Clair County. 
       According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, Heather J. Anderson, 43, was driving a Ford Focus, year unknown, north on Highway 13, when the crash occurred one mile north of Lowry City on Sunday, February 4. According to the report, a Fleetwood Bounder RV, driven by Jackie C. Thornton, 67, of Gladstone, hit the rear of the Focus at approximately 2 p.m.
       Heather Anderson and the passenger in the car, John C. Anderson, 46, both reported minor injuries. They were taken to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital by EMS. They were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash. Thonton reported no injuries. 
       The Fleetwood Bounder had minor damages and was driven from the scene. The Ford Focus was totaled and towed by Barry’s Towing. 
       ​This incident was investigated by Trooper M. D. Obert of Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop D.
