Table Rock Lake Composite Squadron, the local squadron of Civil Air Patrol is pleased to announce that Cadets Malachi Miller, Tori Hamlin and Lucas Orr were promoted to the rank of Senior Airman on Thursday, November 7, 2019.

The Mary Feik ribbon accompanies the promotion to C/SrA and is Achievement 3 in Phase 1 of the Cadet Program. To obtain the Feik award and ribbon, a cadet must pass a leadership test, an online Aerospace Dimensions test, participate in the cadet physical fitness test and participate in at least one character development activity.

For a cadet to be promoted takes time and effort on their parts and a desire to be the best they can be in the organization. Congratulations to C/SrA Miller, C/SrA Hamlin and C/SrA Orr of their accomplishment.

Squadron 147 meets on Thursday evenings from 6:30 – 8:39 pm at Branson Regional Airport in Hollister. On the fourth Thursday evening, the squadron meets at Hollister Middle School. If there is a fifth Thursday in the month, there is no meeting for Senior Members. Adults of all ages and youth from 12-18 years of age are encouraged to become a part of Civil Air Patrol. Please call Lieutenant Steve Lind, Squadron Commander at (417) 294-6266 or Lt. Colonel Chuck Stone, Recruiting Officer at (417) 294-0627 if you have any questions.
