An 18 year old from Billings was hurt in Stone County recently after crashing on a small motorcycle.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, Tyler J. Stone, 18, of Billings, was driving  2014 Honda From on Gideon Cave Road, about 10 miles northeast of Crane. On Tuesday, June 23, Stone was driving the vehicle east along Gideon Cave Road when, at approximately 11:47 p.m., the vehicle hit the front of a parked 2003 Dodge 3500 then ran into the side of a parked 1996 Chevrolet S10. Stone was ejected from the motorcycle.

He was not wearing a helmet, according to the report. Tyler Stone suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield by EMS.

The 2014 Honda From had extensive damage. It was towed by a private party.

The 1996 Chevrolet S10 and 2003 Dodge 3500 were both driven from the scene. The 3500 was not damaged and the S10 had only minor damage.
