Spooky Scary Skeletons Haunt Downtown Crane

The annual family fun trunk or treat by the Outreach of Love was held on Saturday, October 26, in downtown Crane. Various groups, businesses and churches handed out candy up and down north Main Street before the evening culminated in a costume contest.
Winners of the ages 8 and 9 division. From left to right are Harper Willard with her first place Wednesday Addams costume, then Damion Hawkins in second place and Ava Mitchell took third.
The winners of 0-1 year age group were Kiley Reavis in first place as Georgie from IT, Baylee Lippold as an old lady in second place and third place went to Myles Vaught, who was dressed as Dumbo the elephant.
Pictured above are the winners of the two to three year old age group. From left is Bella Maples, third; Brayden Holenda, second; and Brailey Mae White, first place.
Winners of the four and five year old category are pictured above. In the back, from left to right, is Ariahna Hawkins, in third place, and Noble Whittingon who placed second. In the front row is costume contest winner Blair McCulloch.
Six and seven year old costume winners are above. From left to right are third place Dallas Maxwell, second place Ella Robinson and first place Nolan Amos.
Winners of the ages 10 to 11 costume category. From left to right are Abbie Wells, third place; Alex Mills, first place; and Lane Howard, second place.
Winners of the 12 and up costume category. First place went to Erin Reed and Seth Bolin for their joint costume as Guardians of the Galaxy (center, above). Second place went to the Sanderson Sisters, Jessica Delker, Lamour Cauldron and Rocky Cauldron. Third place went to the Queen of Hearts, Lisa Mitchell.
