Hoormann was heading west on Missouri 76 when, about one mile east of Cape Fair, the motorcycle ran off the right side of the road and overturned.
The call went in to MSHP at 4:57 p.m.
Hoormann, who was wearing a helmet, suffered moderate injuries in the crash. He was taken to Cox Hospital in Branson for treatment.
