Cooking Safe And Healthy Holiday Leftovers With OACAC

        ​Stone County OACAC Neighborhood Center and Amanda McCormick, of University of Missouri Extension Family Nutrition Education Program, will present a life skills class on Holiday Eating and Food Safety. Learn how to prepare delicious and healthy food, while keeping the calories down. Also learn important tips on food safety during food preparation and utilizing leftovers. The event will take place at the Neighborhood Center in Branson West on Monday, November 19, from 1 to 3 p.m. 
        Registration is preferred. Register by calling OACAC at (417) 739-1130. All registered participants will be entered in a drawing for a turkey.
