New Hope Church in Crane hosting special concert

March 8, 2018
New Hope Church would like to invite you and your family to a free special concert and lunch. Music and ministry will be given by the Teen Challenge Ladies’ Choir on Sunday morning, March 11, at 10:30 a.m. at the church. The Teen Challenge Ladies will be sharing in music, song and testimony, telling their stories of overcoming depression, addiction and turmoil, and the challenges they have faced in life and what God has done in their lives. You won’t want to miss this time of encouragement, music, and God’s presence. You will see that no matter what you are facing, there is hope!
As indicated by their name, Adult and Teen Challenge USA works with adults and teens. Most adults who arrive at their doors bring with them a tragic history of substance abuse and other life-controlling problems. At Adult and Teen Challenge USA, the journey to sobriety includes attention to the spiritual needs of those who seek their help.
With a focus on the practical applications of Christian teachings, adults not only learn how to change deeply entrenched, self-destructive behavior but to discover a new identity in Christ that makes these changes possible. Adults who come to Adult and Teen Challenge USA not only receive a holistic approach to recovery from life-controlling problems, but acquire a new value system that honors family, takes responsibility for community, cultivates a positive work ethic, and helps them become productive, healthy members of society.
Attendance is free and open to everyone. A free potluck lunch will be held afterwards. A gift table will be available and a love offering will be taken.
The church is located at the end of Main Street in Crane, just past the post office. Music will start at 10:30 a.m. For more questions, please call 723-0250 or 723-1055
