From the editor:
When The Stone County Gazette abruptly stopped publishing in 2018, I realized that meant our coverage area could finally expand into the southern half of the county. Since that time, I have been working to tell the important news stories across our long, varied county. As one person, that has become intractable and I’m excited to bring Cindy into the fold. She will help me keep current on all of the stories we need to tell.
We remain committed to serving ALL of the people of Stone County, from Hurley all the way down to Blue Eye. - Isaac Estes-Jones
