Kimberling City Man Hurt In Taney County Motorcycle Wreck

A Kimberling City man was taken to the hospital this weekend after his motorcycle ran off the highway near Forsyth in Taney County.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, Kern L. Fischer, 81, of Kimberling City, was driving a 2013 Suzuki motorcycle south on State Route H about one mile north of Forsyth when the crash happened on Sunday, March 29.
According to the report, at 4 p.m., the motorcycle ran off the side of the road and overturned.
Kern Fischer, who was wearing a safety device at the time of the incident, suffered moderate injuries. He was taken to Cox South Hospital in Springfield for treatment.
The 2013 Suzuki motorcycle had extensive damage. It was towed from the scene by Jim’s Towing, of Forsyth.
