Huse To Perform Farewell Service Sunday

October 4, 2018
Rev. Leon Huse will be speaking at a Farewell Service on Sunday, October 7, following his retirement from the pastorship. At the age of 88, it has been discovered that he has Stage 4 Cancer.
Rev. Huse has pastored several community churches throughout his 56 years in the ministry. Some of the churches include: Osa, Clayill, Mars Hill, Ponce De Leon, Notch, Liberty, Washburn, Aurora and Marionville.
Rev. Huse, throughout these many years, has performed hundreds of marriage ceremonies and funerals. Literally hundreds of people in the community have been impacted by Rev. Huse’s ministry. This is an occasion people won’t want to miss.
Wheelerville Community Church, located at the junction of Highway D and 248, would like to invite the entire community to attend Rev. Huse’s farewell service this Sunday, October 7, at 10:30 a.m.
All musicians and singers are invited to join the service. Personal letters of appreciation from anyone would be greatly appreciated. The new pastor, Trent Huse, invites all family and friends to attend this meeting.
