Hurley Choir Hosts Annual Talent Show

        On Friday, March 23, Hurley hosted their annual talent show, “Puttin’ on the Hits!” Winners of the K-6th grade contest are as follows. Third place: Jordan Cloud, a fifth grader who sang “Oh Lord.” Second place was Vayler Swanson, a fifth grader who sang “I Don’t Know My Name.” The winner was Selena Flores, a sixth grader who sang “Stay.”
        Teri and Hailey Satterthwaite came in third in the secondary school category. They sang and played “Fight Song.” Raelee Severns played piano to the song “Say Something” for second place. Winners of the secondary category and also winners of the Charles Mael award were Hailey White, Tanner Shepard and Brianna Scott, who all sang “Hallelujah.”
        ​The Spring Program will be Monday, April 16 at 6 p.m. with the high school choir and the kindergarten through fourth grade performing.
