Give Input on Conservation Programs in Crane Next Wed.

​June 7, 2018
           A local working group charged with identifying local priority resource concerns and providing input about program criteria to the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) will meet at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 13, at the Stone County Soil and Water Conservation District office in Crane.
           The group in compromised of representatives from various agencies with knowldge of natural resource concerns. The group will help prioritize selection criteria for NRCS Environmental Quality Incentives Program and Conservation Stewardship Programs in Stone County.
           The meeting is open to the public and will allow time to for comments. Local input is requested.
