Galena Schools Set 3 Snow Make Up Days

Share
January 25, 2018
Galena schools were closed for three days last week due to the inclement weather and unsafe driving conditions. Although closing down school is an inconvenience, Galena R-II Schools will always work to assure the safety of our students first and foremost when making such difficult decisions. Below is the schedule of days missed as well as the days school will now be in session to make up those days:
  • Tuesday, January 16 -- Make up will be Monday, February 19
  • Wednesday, January 17 -- Make up will be Monday, April 2
  • Thursday, January 18 — Make up will be Thursday, May 17
Galena High School would also like to extend our thanks to Mr. Kevin Brown for keeping the sidewalks and other areas of our campus safe during cold and icy conditions.
