Galena Celebrates Graduates

July 30, 2020
Graduates at Galena’s commencement ceremony were spaced out on the gym floor to uphold social distancing guidelines. Families were also encouraged to distance in the stands.
"Done with this BS" reads one graduate's cap during Galena's class of 2020 graduation ceremony on Friday, July 24.
Galena High School still honors a traditional valedictorian and salutatorian. Above, the salutatorian delivers his speech to the assembled students, staff, friends and families.
