Picture
Galena High School’s Britney Doucey, Haley Holt and Katelyn Lebow had their artwork on display at the Capitol in Jefferson City as part of “Youth Art Month”. The 11th grade students were all recognized by the Missouri Art Educators Association in a ceremony on March 11th. In addition, Katelyn Lebow’s artwork was recognized with the “Governor’s Choice Award” and will be matted, professionally framed and will hang in the Governor’s Office until March, 2020. All artwork was completed under the supervision of Galena High School’s art teacher, Ms. Brooke Villa.
