Crash Near Hurley Injures Two

Two people were hurt last week after their vehicle ran off the road east of Hurley. According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, 28 year old Keith C. Stengell, of Marionville, was driving a 2001 Acura TL east on A highway when the crash occurred just before 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 25.
The crash occurred just one quarter of a mile east of Hurley.
According to the report, Stengell lost control of the vehicle on a curve in the road. The vehicle ran off the side of the road and overturned.
Stengell, who was wearing a safety device, had minor injuries. He was taken to Mercy Hospital in Aurora by private vehicle.
The passenger in the vehicle, Kimberly K. Henderson, 44, of Republic, was not wearing a seat belt. She had moderate injuries and was taken to Cox South Hospital in Springfield by EMS.
The 2001 Acura TL was totalled in the wreck. It was towed by Hillbillies of Marionville.
This crash was investigated by Trooper A. K. Buff of the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
