COVID Cases In Stone County Top 100

The Stone County Health Department has announced a series of new positive cases of COVID-19 in the last week. The total for the county now stands at 110 as of Tuesday, August 4.
Of the 110 positive cases, 77 have recovered and the county has reported one death.
These new cases had some travel during their infectious period.
On Saturday, July 18, at 1 p.m., someone since diagnosed as positive went to Flat Creek Restaurant in Cape Fair.
On Monday, July 20, another potential exposure occurred at 1 p.m. at King Food Saver in Branson West. Also on that day, another positive case visited the grocery store between 5 and 6 p.m.
There were several reported possible exposure at Walmart in Branson West. Someone was not wearing a mask in the establishment in the late afternoon on Wednesday, July 22. Other potential exposures at Walmart were Tuesday, July 21, from 5 to 6 p.m., masked; Saturday, July 25, from 9 to 9:30 a.m., masked; On Sunday, July 26, from 1 to 2 p.m., masked; and on Monday, July 25, from 5 to 6 p.m., also masked.
A potential public exposure was reported at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Branson West on Thursday, July 23, between 5 and 6 p.m.; the individual was wearing a mask.
A positive case went to the Double Oh Grille on Wednesday, July 29, between 6 and 7 p.m. They were not wearing a mask.
Two potential exposures were reported for Dogwood Canyon outside of Lampe. A case went to that location on Thursday, July 30, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. The second possible exposure at Dogwood Canyon was Friday, July 31, from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The final exposure reported was Sunday, July 26, at First Baptist Church in Lampe.
People who were at these locations on these dates are at low risk for contracting COVID-19, but should monitor for symptoms. There is no need to self-quarantine or isolate unless symptoms develop.
As of Tuesday, August 4, there have been 54,080 confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 in the state. 1,266 individuals have lost their lives to the disease in Missouri.
There are 891 individuals hospitalized with COVID-19.
