Clever Woman Hurt After Losing Control of Vehicle

     A Clever woman was hurt last week after she lost control of her car on a wet road. 
     According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, 75 year old Sheralyn K. Shockley was driving a 2002 Buick LeSabre east on Highway AA northwest of Nixa when the crash occurred on Monday, January 8. 
     After losing control of the car on the wet road, the Buick went off the road, hit a pylon and overturned. The wreck occurred just after 9 a.m. 
     Shockley, who was wearing a seatbelt, reported moderate injuries. She was taken by ambulance to Cox South Hospital in Springfield. The 2002 Buick LeSabre was totaled in the crash. It was towed by Out of Sight Towing of Nixa. 
     ​This crash was investigated by Corporal M. P. McClure.
