City fireworks ordinances in Stone County

June 24, 2021
It pays to know the rules before setting off fireworks within city limits. According to Stone County Emergency services the following local ordinances are listed below:
Indian Point
July 3 8 a.m. -10 p.m.
July 4 8 am -midnight
Branson West
June 20-July 10
 9 a.m. - 11:59 p.m.
Dec. 20-Jan 2 
9 a.m. -11:59 p.m.
Reeds Spring
June 20 -Jul 10 
9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
July 4 9 a.m.-midnight
Galena

No fireworks ordinance
Noise ordinance takes
 effect at 10 p.m.
Kimberling City
July 2-6  p.m.-11 p.m. Hurley 
June 20-July 2 
10 a.m. to 9:59 p.m.
July 3-4 
8 a.m. to midnight
Crane
July 4 -6 a.m.-midnight in permitted areas only.
No fireworks are permitted in the business district(main square is W. Lockhart to N. Commerce to W. Rose to Creek Ave.)
