Circuit Clerks Office To Close For Two Days While Moving

          Debbie Scobee, Stone County Circuit Clerk, has announced that the Circuit Clerks Office will be closed for two days at the end of the month while the office relocates to accommodate new construction on the Stone County Judicial Center. 
          “May 24 and May 25, 2018, the Circuit Clerks Office of Stone County will be closed for business to temporarily relocate to 109 S. Main Street, Galena for the duration and completion of the addition to the Stone County Law Enforcement Building,” a release from the Circuit Clerk reads. 
          The county has temporarily rented space next door to Galena City Hall while construction is ongoing. The office will reopen in it’s new space at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, May 29. 
          ​“We do apologize for this inconvenience,” Scobee said. “Thank you for your understanding.
