Due to cold and wet weather, the Crane Community Easter Egg Hunt was moved inside the school to the old gym on Saturday, March 31. 15,000 eggs, toys and pieces of candy were distributed across the floor of the gym, separated into various age groups.
Once the assembled children were set lose, it took less than 10 minutes for every single egg and other item to be picked up. After the main search, groups of kids sat around the gym, trading and sharing their treats with each other while they emptied the eggs, which the Outreach of Love reuses each year.
